| ADULT/FAMILY EDUCATION PROGRAMS A good portion of our programming for 2005-2006 will be engage the "Israel" theme. We will be offering a series of "Israel" events beginning in the fall, and this theme will also inform our Youth Education program as we explore the meaning of America for Jews and Jewish contributions to America. · WRITING YOUR JEWISH SELF (a memoir workshop) · JEWISH INTELLECTUAL HISTORY (filmed lecture series followed by "live" discussion) · HEBREW BOOT CAMP (quick-start Hebrew reading workshop) · KABBALAH HAVURAH (informal study group on Jewish mysticism) Note: participants in this Havurah must be at least 18 years of age.
